To start creating your FAQs, you'll need to set up the categories under which your FAQs will be organised. This helps users find what they need quickly through categorisation. Examples include Travel, Accessibility, General, etc.

To do this, first, create the categories. Go to FAQs in the left-hand side navigation, click on FAQs, and then on FAQ types which appears as a submenu below.

Here, you can create your FAQ categories. Simply add the category name and a friendly URL (the system will use the title name if you don't customise it at this stage). Then, click 'Add'.

Now, you can proceed to create your individual FAQs and assign them to the relevant categories.

To add a new FAQ, click on 'Add New', give it a title, fill out the content, assign it to an FAQ category, and save. It's as easy as that.

The FAQs will show up by default in the order they appear in the admin. To reorder them, simply hover over the FAQ, click, and drag it to where you would like it to be ordered.
