Firstly, it’s useful to note that the system has configured your homepage layouts based on your personalised onboarding process. We recommend only changing the homepage if you wish to expand on the existing layouts.
You can start editing the homepage via the Homepage icon on the dashboard, or you can go to the left-hand navigation and select 'Pages' ---> 'Homepage'.
The Plot page designer displays the ordered list of layouts that currently make up your homepage content. The order and number of layouts will differ for each site based on the onboarding process.
You can click into each layout and update the content as needed. We've included easy-to-follow instructions inside each layout so you can easily add your content without any confusion.
Once you’ve completed this, you can update your SEO and social settings for the homepage, found just below the Plot page designer.
It’s important to update your page 'Title tag' and 'meta description' as these appear in your Google search listings. You can also add a social share image, which serves as a site-wide share option when people share your site on social media.
